About

Nolan Warner-Sullivan is an artist currently living in New York City after obtaining his BFA from Appalachian State University. Working with analog film, both 35mm and medium format, Warner-Sullivan roams the streets of wherever he is to make pictures of people and the spaces they inhabit in order to craft a contemporary document which displays the world as he sees it. He has self-published a number of small zines and has also shown work locally, in larger publications, and online. Warner-Sullivan has been recognized on a large scale by Monster Children Magazine, where he earned a spot on the 2019 shortlist in the lifestyle category. Work by the artist can also be found in the Appalachian State University permanent collection.
